Every dollar raised through the Seacoast Cancer 5K directly benefits patients and families of the Mass General Cancer Center at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and for that reason, refunds are not permitted. You may switch from a Virtual Participant to an In-Person participant until September 22, 2023.
